"Came in for blood work thinking it would be quick and easy. It was absolutely anything but. We arrived right when they opened, were instructed by someone in a different department to ring a bell and sit and wait for assistance. By "assistance", they mean someone periodically pokes their head out of the door and asks "ok, who's next?" In what world is this an acceptable system?? The patients are expected to keep track of the order everyone arrives in so they can self-proclaim that they're next. It was pure chaos and extremely anxiety-provoking. Again, we arrived right when they opened at 7:30am and spent over a half hour waiting while everyone in the waiting room jumped up to say they were next every time someone poked their head out to ask. Edit: added a star because the phlebotomist was wonderful"

"DO NOT GO HERE. they will double bill you & try to STEAL money from you. go literally anywhere else. im getting billed for bills i paid for the exact same services, same dates, same billing codes. they will never get a dollar out of me. WATCH OUT!! theyre sneaky little snakes. & PLEASE keep every single bill these snakes send you. i did!"

One even caught a mistake in scheduling concerning my need to be there and went the distance to make sure I could get the necessary appointment as soon as possible. So glad to know they are really there for you ,don't often see that. All of them were so respectful of everyone there ,not just me. Just wonderful people."
