"This was our 2nd time using SOS Plumbing’s services. Jacob is fast to respond and quickly made an appointment to come out to evaluate the job. Our situation was not an emergency - we wanted a permanent water line connected to our refrigerator to replace the cheap “do it yourself” one that had stopped working. He came out to assess the situation and sent us a very reasonable quote that same night. We accepted and made the appointment to do the work. Jacob was on time and finished the job quickly and cleanly. When the job was completed he walked us through his work. We learned that he even installed a shut off valve on the new line to the refrigerator which was a nice touch. Jacob cleaned up after himself and disposed of the old parts that were taken out. I would highly recommend him. He does quality work, is honest, punctual, and clean."

"Jacob was recommended to me by another company that had done work for me before, he came highly recommended and he did not disappoint! Jacob got back to me immediately and came out the same day for a quote. The job itself was a big one, he went ahead and changed out my old cast iron pipes, installed new PVC, and hooked up my washer and dryer, which included new valves and a drainage system for the water. I am so appreciative of him and his helpers who came out on a hot Sunday morning to get the job done! He was also very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained all of the work to me, even showed me future things I’d need to do. He is now my go-to plumber! I feel at ease knowing that I now have someone to call for any future work. Thanks Jacob!"
