The office was very pleasant on the phone and I had my appointment within a week of my phone call, even though I don’t have a contract with them. The service person, Victor Diaz, is a very bright, polite, engaging, young man. He worked quickly but was happy to answer all of my questions and he gave detailed descriptions of what he was doing, and how different things on the boiler work. Good energy.
