"I would give far less than one star for the care and attitude of all the doctors and staff at all the locations of family practice. I have been ignored and treated horribly by these people. had Xrays done and now the 4th day with no calls about the result of what was seen on the Xrays . When I call to get information the trained response is the system shows "in process" . They also lie about claiming they are leaving message.Hopefully people will see this and save themselves a lot of abuse and being ignored by staff at Family Practice. They could care less of what any patient is going thru or helping with their needs."

"Had planned to switch to this Dr. as PCP called twice to set up first appt., machine answers (not unusual) then you end up on hold indefinitely. Both times I gave up after 5+ minutes of waiting. Sorry if this is an indication of how much you care about your patients people should go elsewhere."
