"Jody is professional, skilled, and upfront with prices and labor. I ran into an issue and had no water in the house. I gave him a call and texted some pictures. He was already in the area and was at my house in 45 minutes. An hour later, everything was fixed and he was on his way. He had all the parts already on his truck. And he told me how much it would cost before we even hung up the phone. Highly recommend."

Called around to plumbers and Jody answered immediately, asked me to text photos of the situation (because I didn’t know much about my set up), and I had a new hot water heater within 6 hours. "We ended up (after a frustrating morning of phone calls to other companies) contacting Advanced Plumbing RI. The owner/operator is Jody Willis. He gave us a great price (about $350 less than another RI company with a cool phone number btw). Despite having a full day of jobs booked, Jody came out to do the install at the end of the day (arriving at around 5pm), and was done in less than 2 hours. He was polite, kind, friendly and absolutely professional. His final bill at the end was about 5% under what he quoted over the phone. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber!"
