"Bernie and his team are fabulous! I have never had quite the experience with another vendor that I've had with Carbone. A frantic after hours call about a leaking furnace was meet with a wonderful woman who took my info quickly. Less then 2 minutes later I received a call back from Bernie. He helped me troubleshoot through my tears, stopped both the leak and calmed my nerves. He arrived first thing in the morning and fixed the issues. Bernie explained what happened, what he fixed and what needed to be done at a later date. He also called later in the day to make sure all was well.
