"Charlie and team, shout out to Bobby, made an appt. for Fri, morning to unclog my bathroom sink. He was to call me Thursday to let me know the time, NO SHOW, no call. Gee called him several times before with no problems. I like Charlie thought he was a kind caring plumber boy I was wrong. After reading all of the reviews w/1 and - stars I can believe it now. I'm amazed he is still in business today. Thanks for the past work you have done for me. Take care and be safe, so sorry it turned out like this. "Tried to use them. Called tonight for an emergency. Water is backing up into our 2 family house. We are unable to use the water and toilet. My husband called and when he tried to tell him our situation he immediately responded with “I’ve been awake for 3 1/2 days, I’m all set” and hung up on my husband. How can you run a business like this? We try to support local businesses and this is what we get? And the office is only 3 streets away from us. A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!"

"If I could say negative number I would. Waited two weeks for him to come to replace a heating system. Waiting for financing. Today he tells me is going on vacation for two weeks. Via text. And I had to ask! He never says much but not to say he is putting me off the schedule is outrageous. I have been a customer for 12 years. If you want honesty and a direct conversation- look elsewhere. I sent many customers his way. I am reeling from this. He probably did not install the last system correctly. It burnt out in 12 years! The pipes were not pitched properly for draining. Another lack in communication was also revealed with the end of this furnace. His own worker yelled at me because maintenance on a system is YEARLY! Charlie never informed me. It is probably why the burner burnt out. No oversight or compassion. Money money money. Happy Charlie? Have a nice trip. You were not only disrespectful but mean with your terse silence. And thanks Luigi! I hope you enjoy the THC tea I gave you. I should have known when you bad mouthed Charlie Nemes I was In for a nightmare scenario. 14 days and NO HEAT! Pay a little more and get a solid installation. Stay away!!"
