"I am very unhappy with the service. The same issue came up again after two months. They couldn't fix it. Instead, they said its a different issue and gave me an estimate of $5000 plus to change the parts and new boiler. They are not genuinely helping customers. They just want to sell the parts and machine. The money comes quicker this way than fixing, right? I would never come back to this company. ******** Update: I hired an independent specialist right after I got home to get a second opinion. The issue was solved within 20 minutes, and it only cost me $175. In December 12/11/2024, I hired the so-called specialist from Martel and was charged $330 for a self-claimed "thorough and complete" check and changed some wires. And in 1.5 months, the same issue popped up. Now Martel said it is a different issue, and gave me an estimate for $5000. That is NOT the right way to conduct business. The first "specialist" should not remain hired with that attitude and communicative skills with costumers. I will never go back to you guys!"

"Called Martel for a small leak and the team of Ethan and Tyler showed up quickly, not just on time, but even earlier than expected. They were very polite and pleasant, went right to work and explained what the issues were. The job was done very professionally and efficiently, and they cleaned up and put everything back in place. This is the third time we've used Martel and each time we have been very happy with the service both for the responsiveness and quality of work. It is reassuring to have plumbers you can count on, and ones that are so pleasant."

"Once again, Martel Plumbing and Heating have come to the rescue. Our furnace and boiler broke on New Years Eve. No heat in the house except for our space heater. Called Martel for service. They came the next day and said it had to be replaced. Kyle came down and gave us our options and set up a date for the following Monday. On Monday we had a crew of three guy, Jimmy, Jake and Malik. All three worked long and hard, very polite, and friendly. Six hours later I had my heat back on, boiler and tank replaced. Looks and feels great. I have used Martel several time before and would recommend them as the best. Thank you all for always being there."

"Kyle gave my estimate and nothing deviated from that estimate. I had an old black and white (penguin) removed with all associated pipes and iron radiators. An entire new 2 zone heating system installed, baseboard all 8 rooms. Guys were prompt, professional and courteous. House was left in good condition. Can’t say enough good things about the services and the technicians at Martel."
