"Worse services and customer services ever especially the location in Butler PA at 200 Renaissance 16001, Debbie very nasty, was literally yelling at me over the phone as I was trying to explain... wont let me put a word in and then hang up on me. So after charging me so mu extra money since the machine they sent was not used within a week which I never signed for or was told about. Beware they are trying to charge me $50 each day after that, someone was supposed to contact me back and never did, Im disputing all charges and will never do business with this people again, they have one star and i wish i can put zero, never been so taken by someone in the medical industry this is so uncalled for it, hopefully no one else will need to go through this"

"I would not recommend this place. Their slow to respond to patient needs. The tech who conducted the study has to monitor the patient during their sleep study and my tech seemed put upon to help me in the middle of the night. I feel he had a bad attitude. I was issued a pillow type mask which only fits over your nose. I should have been issued both types of mask so I could further evaluate at home. I feel that the c-pap machine has made my attempt at sleep even worse! I have air hunger issues and I’m supposedly a mouth breather and with this device my air hunger became even worse! I can’t even look at the machine without suffering anxiety which I’ve never had in my life! After I did the study and was ready to pick up the machine I had to wait almost an extra week to pick it up ! Time is not of the essence for them apparently. Tried it several evenings before I complained to them and their respiratory therapist concluded that I need a full face mask which I have yet to receive. If you have sleep issue try everything else befor chaining yourself to one of these machines! I probably should have used St Clair hospitals sleep lab although I don’t think their any better because they missed my wife’s apnea. Hers is worse than mine I’ve poked her many times during the night to start her breathing again."
