"My screen broke and nothing showing up on it . Edgar was so helpful explaining the process of fixing my phone. He showed me some phones in the shop explaining benefits of each. Filling out the paperwork was a quick process. I was in store total 15 minutes ( my A52 had to be ordered). 2 days later my phone was ready. Had a weird vibrate noise so when took in next day Shawn took apart and set settings and now phone works great. Both staff members very nice and knew what tbey were doing. I highly recommend having a broken phone fixed here."

"Don't bother. The young woman behind the counter was incredibly rude and unhelpful, and when we said we were going somewhere else she said "That's good". Repairing our screen at home now because it was less of a hassle than dealing with that jerk."

"Went to this location for a replacement screen protector for my phone and was given this, not what I had purchased previously from this location, told the saleswoman my screen looked darker and was told this is what I had. Stopped in today because I cannot see my screen during the day at all and was told she couldn’t replace it but if I wanted to purchase another one I could. Never again, sorry, but supporting small business doesn’t pay sometimes"

"Came in to repair the back glass on my iphone. Unfortunately the quality of glass and repair is very poor. As I was walking out of the shop and they were closing, the repaired glass panel cracked, right near the camera. After this the speakerphone feature stopped working during calls. We ended up going to the East Providence location so a supervisor could assess why the glass cracked and repair it for no cost. Once repaired she informed us that the glue wasn't properly set on the glass, which is most likely why it cracked. After this repair you could no longer make phonecalls on the phone, you couldn't hear the other person and they couldn't hear you, the Bluetooth stopped working, the battery started having problems and the phone would shut off at 17+ percent. Parts of the phone screen don't register when clicked. Even when the back panel was shattered, everything worked fine, just not after the repair. On top of all this, one day later the glass cracks in the exact same spot, it wasn't dropped at all. Please do not waste your time with them."
