"I was a customer of Culligans. They withdrew money for the month but never delivered the water, when all my correspondence (phone calls - emails etc) were ignored and 20 days passed without a delivery, I cancelled my service. I asked my account be credited the amount they withdrew because they didn't fulfill the water delivery. They told me I wasn't getting my money back and I was out that money, tough luck. Run away from these people, they will rip you off!"

"I am not one to leave a review, but this company has been a nightmare to deal with. Not only do I have to continuously call to check on my water delivery but management does not get back to me when they say they will return my call. They are now ignoring my calls and the only answer they have for me is that they do not have a truck driver for my area. I do not recommend, I also threatened to cancel my account and they could care less."
