"Ever since we moved to RI in 2020, the Postmaster, Jeremy, has been wonderfully helpful with issues stemming from our change of address, to his confirmation of, and suggestions for, package pickup in today's really awful weather. I really appreciate his kindness, care and knowledge, and I feel that he deserves recognition for his outstanding work at our Coventry Post Office."

"I most recently moved in July and paid for 3 of my family members to have our address changed AND forwarded to our new address...2 months later I still have not received a single piece of mail and I was only notified by a magazine company via email that they couldn't deliver my magazine because the post office didn't even give them my forwarding address!!! I was giving them the benefit of doubt this entire time and figured mail probably runs slow where we moved in CT and that any day now I will be receiving a bulk of mail. What did I pay for the COA service for if they aren't going to forward my mail? I even had to go there personally to verify my identity to "complete" the COA....They took my money and completely wasted my time...Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the lady was very nice who completed my transaction."
