"One of the worst experiences I have had with a Dr's office. My appointment was moved to virtual at the last minute although I needed a physical examination for ear pain. The nurse on the phone did not listen to what I had to say nor care one bit. I am in utter disbelief at how I was treated on the phone and how my complaints were not heard. The appointment itself was then a major waste of time as they could not help the problem I was there for. A giant waste of time and overall a very poor experience. I will recommend everyone I know to stay very far away."
