"Had about $20,000 worth of furniture ruined in Mibox’s “storage boxes”. Water got in damaging all the wood bureaus, rugs, books and couches. Mice got in as well. EVERYTHING had to be thrown into a dumpster. We bought the “insurance” up to $5,000 and got a check for $750 which is laughable. Owners totally unresponsive and could care less despite having pictures of the damage. Basically “not my problem” attitude. If you are under the impression you are getting weatherproof storage boxes...you most definitely are not."

I have a few changes along the way which she was extremely quick and accommodating. The driver was equally as pleasant, professional, and helpful- meeting him on four separate occasions (we had two boxes dropped and picked up separately!), and almost every time it was raining, he couldn't have been more courteous and positive.
