"Too bad I can't rate this with 0 stars. Soda didn't have enough syrup - it was mostly seltzer. Whopper Jr had just a speck of ketchup and tasted like soap. Plus, fast food is getting expensive! If we weren't in such a hurry we'd wonder why anyone stops at these places anymore."

"If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I have been coming to this BK for years and only since the pandemic they have gone completely downhill. Tonight topped it off. Me and my daughter were in the drive thru, waited about 20 minutes there was one person at the drive thru waiting to order and we were second in line. No other cars were in front of the lady in front of us. Finally they took her order and then we waited a minute or so for our order to be taken. Now, this girl was not terrible nor was she great she just took out order and when I said thank you she never replied. Got to the window and I was my usual nice self even if SHE had an attitude I never even mentioned the long wait not once. After she handed me my last two bags I sat there and looked through the bags it was not even 10 seconds and she said I had to move and I said excuse me and she said you can't sit there and do that and I said yes I can I want to make sure my food is all here and she proceeded to yell at me and give me an attitude so I went to park and went inside to talk to the manager and as I walked in before they saw me they were both talking bad about me and when i asked the manager about what happened at the drive thru she said I don't know what happened even though I knew she did and I proceeded to tell her and she immediately got defensive and the drive thru worker was behind her antagonizing me and calling me names and using hand gestures while the manager allowed her to. Just unbelievable in all the times I have been to BK I have never been treated so poorly! Nothing was resolved because the manager made up her mind that she was just going to berate me in front of the whole dining room without a care or concern. And I di not even approach them aggressively I simply went in to talk to them but they decided they wanted to scream at me and call me the lousiest customer all because I told them what most customers will not."

"Worse Burger King ever. I would have left no stars if it was an option. Waited for someone to wait in me for 15mins as I keep being told 1 min. Ended up walking out. While waiting I heard the store manager walk out amd see people waiting to me waited on say that they needed to lock the lobby door cause she didn't want to deal with it. What kind of management is that? Then the employee heard me talking to another customer about the poor customer service and said employee proceeds to roll her eyes and run her mouth."

"If I could give 0, I would. For the price it costs to eat at these places, I should at least be greeted and have my order taken. My husband and I left after waiting at the counter for 15 minutes. 4 workers all staring at the drive thru, one manager ON HER PHONE. Banner for celebration of customer service while you all lack the basic understanding of what that is. Went to Qdoba and left w hot food 5min later. LOCK IN BK. Whack"

"They need a different way of doing things here. It's an abysmal wait time to get your food, the drive through mic doesn't seem to work well because the workers can't hear you, the deep-fried stuff was bitter because the oil is old, I mean the list goes on. The place also seems run down, side door is open but the front door is closed. I don't recommend this burger king place."
