"Website says under 55 lbs will except drop off, they denied me. Both managers told me they wont take a package over 50 lbs I replied mine is less than 50.. My prepaid package was under 50lbs. I happen to see a local FedEx driver, he took the package and told me they should have excepted the drop off."
