"Look elsewhere for a shoe repair guy. He lost my Chanel bag and when I brought my husband with me he found it tossed in a bin with a bunch of other junk. He threatened to call the police becauce my husband was looking for it. It had no ticket on it to say who it belonged to. The man was so disorganized l felt bad for him but he just shouldn't be running a business. He got so nasty with us!! He said he left numerous messages on my cell which I went back and there weren't any i could find. I tried calling about 15 times and there is no voicemail set up so you can't leave a message plus no one ever picks up the phone. What a headache. He said he doesn't want my business anymore. I don't think he has to worry lol"

"Terrible, Terrible customer service. I have used this service quite often. However over the years he has become terrible with his customer service. I'm not sure what era he thinks we are living in but one cannot speak to customers the way he does. He was extremely rude, yelling & acting like a raging animal. I had to file a complaint with the BBB regarding my interaction with the owner today. Requested I pay in cash, provided no receipt & when I told him a pair of my shoes were missing he told me "find someone else to fix your shoes, get out of my store". Needless to say, I did not receive the missing pair of shoes. At one time he had great service however now, No! The owner does not have to worry about me returning with my business, not giving him my business does not hurt me. I would never recommend anyone to patron this service. The owner has become rude, disrespectful & untrustworthy. Its time for him to retire."

"I brought in a pair of wedges explaining that I had only paid $40 for them and that I was only interested in repairing the shoes if the cost would be less than what they cost new. I was charged $60 for new soles and glue. The repair broke the first time I wore them and the sole isn’t flat. There is a small bump in the middle of the ball of the left foot so I am unsteady when I wear the shoes. I had also brought in a pair of leather sandals at the same time. I asked if it would be possible to have them back for a vacation in three weeks. The owner insisted that that wouldn’t be a problem , the repair was small. He told me to come back for them in two weeks. I came back on the agreed upon day (a Saturday - we were leaving for vacation on Wednesday morning) and he couldn’t even find my shoes. After a while he found them and explained that his machine that he needed to use to fix them had broken. He said he could use another colleagues machine on Monday morning and he would call me on Monday afternoon to pick them up. No call on Monday. I called and left messages on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning before leaving. I didn’t get my shoes until the week after my vacation and as it is, he only glued a patch on the shoes, didn’t even sew the leather using the machine he said he needed. The whole experience was stressful and frustrating and ended up wasting a lot of my time and money."

"There’s something seriously wrong with the owner - nobody in their right mind would have the “dare to” & guts to speak (bark, really…) to a customer the way he did, while weaving my boots over his head. HOSTILE. Rude. Disrespectful. Unprofessional. Angry. An individual with no boundaries. He scared my young child and left me in shock. He lies with a straight face, will put words in your mouth, will make up some nonsense stories when insulting you. A nightmare. . . Mental illness is a serious thing. This person needs help. He should not be working with people. He needs anger management lesson & mental evaluation."

"I dropped off a hiking boot to get the sole repaired. The shoe was ready when they said it would be. The repair work looks top notch. It is best to call before pickup or drop off to confirm they are actually in the shop during the hours posted here."
