"This place will scam you via overcharging. I've had 4 different instances of errors on their part. Their out of state billing department won't even return calls from my insurance to fix this. 1st and 2nd issues: I was charged a copay at 2 separate follow-up visits when I only have a copay for preventative services. The front desk refused to check me in without paying a copay I didn't have even though my coverage is clearly written on my insurance card. Those 2 appointments coincidentally were charged as follow-up appointments correctly to my insurance, so they double dipped. 3rd issue: At my March 2023 follow-up appointment, I was scheduled out for another follow-up on August 19th, 2023. Unbeknownst to me, they changed their hours in April and couldn't be bothered to inform me my appointment was essentially canceled. I didn't find out until I showed up for said appointment and the office was closed. I called and left a voicemail and never heard anything back. 4th issue: On January 4th, 2024, I called to have a prescription refilled. They refused to refill it unless I scheduled an appointment. I reminded them of their error with my August appointment and I received an "well sometimes things just slip through the cracks." After that, I informed them to ignore the refill request and that I would find another PCP. No surprise that they then decided to refill it anyway and file a claim with my insurance. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else."

"If I could give a negative, I would. As a nurse from NC that just moved to WV looking to establish care, this place is awful. It started when I called and made an appointment, and they said they were taking new patients and could see me. That person was very nice. Ten days later, I called to ensure I was still on schedule. I was for an ‘express’ appointment which is not what I had booked the first time. The communication was totally off between the staff. To make things 10 times worse, I get there and fill out paperwork. I’m sitting in the waiting room, and I hear the doctor, which was Doctor Marino, his other employee. The front desk all yelling out loud for myself and everyone in the waiting room to hear, ‘The patient is scheduled for a new patient; we aren’t accepting established care,’ the front desk said, ‘Katie?’ Which is me, and the doctor takes a big exhale frustrated breath and yells, ‘we can take her’ at this point, I am uncomfortable, embarrass, and angry. I go up and tell them to take me off the schedule, and I will find somewhere else, and an employee chases me to the elevator to say I asked the doctor if we could see you. Of course, you can; everyone heard it in the waiting room. I left. As a nurse with a background in this, I would make sure to keep my mouth shut so no one could hear my conversations. This place needs a wake-up call on professionalism."
