"This location really sucks - what kind of person sees a customer bring in a package and allows them to get all the way to the desk with it knowing they had no intentions of accepting my package due to having produced some excuse as "its overweight"... what the arrogant unhelpful worker scanned was a RETURN SHIPPING LABEL - meaning they shipped the box out to the location. There wasn't an issue when they shipped it out, and here's the joke of it all... I took items *out* of the package and used them and was shipping the leftovers back to the sender. It was lighter than when they shipped it out to me. I saw that she didn't want to have to deal with my FedEx package, so when she scanned it and expressed sarcastic surprise that "it's overweight" I couldn't help but laugh at her. I had the corporate entity that shipped the package on speaker phone and told her to explain it to them and they couldn't believe what they were hearing either. Don't bother bringing a package here if it's in a box or something."
