"I'd give 0 stars if I could!! My son and his friend went in to look around. When they left the store, she came out and accused them of stealing. They went back in the store to look at the cameras and saw a woman taking the item. She told the boys she would get them something and she never did. She ignored their messages and the kids didn't get anything from her. She was very unprofessional and I'll never step foot in her store again!!"

"Stopped by yesterday, to have a vintage wallet authenticated, and to get some information about. The manager was so helpful, knowledgeable and nice! I was relieved that someone had recommended I go by there! The store is super nice and the items the she had on display were awesome, even to someone that doesn't know much about designer stuff. "I went to The Runway Lux Boutique in search of a specific bag. Unfortunately I was just a few days too late. Although she did have one, it had sold. The owner, Kathy, assured me she could (and would) find one for me and would let me know as soon as she had it. She is extremely knowledgeable in all things designer and has very fair prices for her products. Her customer care is top notch, 10/10."

I am so pleased with my experience. My items sold in a timely manner and I was given a more than fair price for items purchased. The owner took the time to look up current prices of different luxury goods. This ensured that my items were being sold fairly and that what I bought was being sold at a reasonable rate. 10/10 recommend. I will keep coming back and love this visit this wonderful boutique!"

"Nice stuff in the store. Woman who was working there is not exactly the friendliest. I felt like I was holding her up from getting back on her phone. There was nobody in the store besides me, and she was bothered to have been distracted. She also gave inaccurate information about an authenticated bag. Can get much better deals online that are authenticated. I'm not sure I would trust her given her demeanor. I am pretty sure she was the owner."
