"If I could give negative stars I would, but to leave a review you have to leave at least one. This is the worst company for transportation of children. The OWNER Marge thinks she can do whatever she wants and speak to children however she wants. She leaves 10 year olds in the street and drives by laughing at them, she lies and makes up stories about kids to write them up and tells them she'll make sure they are not allowed on the bus. This is inconvenient for working parents whose kids live almost 45 minutes away from their school . She tells the kids they aren't allowed to read, sleep, or move on the bus, they have to remain seated the whole time, without so much as a leg movement or they are written up. Everyday the rules change and kids are targeted to receive a write up. If I could compile the list of write ups for my kids, the average normal adult would look at that as a kid being a kid and not unsafe. I understand being safe on the bus, but these kids are told they can't even say the word snow or fortnight. They are incredibly unpleaseant, and pick and choose who they would like to be a decent human being to. The audacity from Marge saying she's the owner so she can "do as she wants" is even more alarming. How your one job is to transport children and you do it badly is honestly mind boggling. You get paid to bring kids to and from school, but does a terrible job. Expecting young kids to be robots to better suit your bitter and grumpiness is unprofessional to say the least. Watching my kids like a hawk, yet I had no report of my son almost being assaulted on the bus. When asked for video footage it is not provided, when asked for proof of incidents it is not provided, when speaking to other scholars and they say the incident didn't happen they are gaslighted not to be honest and speak up l really hope no other school maintains a contract with them, and the current one revokes it. It is unsafe to have someone like this transporting children."

"Three days in a row the bus does not pick up my children to bring them to school. This, despite phone calls to the bus company after the first and second day. It's not exactly brain surgery, people."

"This is worst transport company for our disabled child we have ever dealt with. Even with kids in wheelchairs they do not have courtesy to inform us they will be late and do not make effort to track where the driver is to see how much longer kids need to wait. They are not concerned that children are sitting for hours in a wheelchair unable to move. The manager is disorganized, defensive, rude, and incapable. The driver we have happens to be amazing but his company does not deserve business"

"I would NEVER use this device simply based on the fact that very driver they have does nothing but go 15MPH under the speed limit & causing traffic, because whatever was in their lap is more interesting than the road or other drivers. Just like the fine piece of work who likes to cause a back up EVERY MORNING, that results in being late to my own job. Plus they don't seem like they have a good rating anyway..."
