"Great Service and great work! I made a claim with Auto Defender and saved thousands. It's so appreciated because I was actually able to keep me car. Thank you for making such a difference!"
"I had a great experience even though most companies that I have spoke with alike Auto Defender were twisting words and didnt explain to me so I could understand everything. Auto defender sales person and customer service have been very knowledgeable. I will do business again."
"Do not use Auto Defender. They mask themselves as Auto Defender but their sales scammers are known as ROI Network. They lie through their teeth when it comes to almost every aspect of their business. They record your calls without telling you and they will tell you to "take your time" while getting your vehicle info because they "get paid by the hour" they do not. That's the script. They are straight commission and they are the most unethical group of hustlers I ever came across. They record your CC info and play it for other salespersons to hear which is many because their turnover rate is HUGE. There is zero longevity. I heard 7 conversations from different sales sharks that are no longer there where CC info was submitted and recorded unbeknownst to the victim. They do minimal screening when hiring people. They base it all on how one person can drink the kool-aid. The losers get weeded out based on their inability to scam you. I did research and came across a few reputable companies you can utilize for extended coverage. Do your research. Extended coverage isn't a bad thing. Just watch the chicken hawks on the other end of the phon"
