"I have always been very pleased when visiting the Nest, however, tonight Wednesday, January 31st was an exception. The woman working was not welcoming or helpful. I had two questions and she answered almost as if annoyed. I made my purchase and she barely spoke during the transaction. I realized when I returned to my car it was about 4:45. However, another customer was still browsing in the store when I left. It was unfortunate that I did not realize the Nest closed at five."
