"I have had my tax returns prepared by Deb for 10 years. I have never had an issue, matter of fact she has gone above & beyond for me on more than 1 occasion when I needed assistance with my state tax returns. For a CPA firm I find their fees to be low compared to others. In my experience their tax advise has always been spot on & I find them to be highly competent & skilled. Their time is money. Remember you get what you pay for, good service costs money."

"I don’t recommend this place to any business owners who are trying to file their tax return. First time I went, I met with Anthony; very nice person. He reviewed my paperwork and told me someone else would be preparing my taxes and gave me an estimate of how much I would have to pay for the work. I agreed and left. Weeks later, I see emails from Deb, who was assigned to prepare my taxes. Not one time did she ask me about my business to verify all proper deductions and expenses were added. When I asked her about adding some expenses I had left out, she said I couldn’t because that’s for OTR drivers; that’s when I realized she had no idea what my business is about. I was disappointed and told her I would pick up my paperwork and to let me know how much I owed for the work. She gave me a different amount of what I was initially told by Anthony and she would not answer the phone or call me back. What’s upsetting about this situation, is the lack of communication with the client. I feel it’s important to get a good sense of what the business is about, in order to properly files tax returns. Bottom line is, I paid the $500 she asked for, didn’t file my taxes with them and I now have to look for someone who is competent enough to file my taxes."
