"Just visited this store.. I asked for a Subway club no roast beef and add pepperoni.. I get this sandwich here quite often and there's never a problem until today.. Ratika tells me she cannot do that it will be an extra charge.. I understand where she's coming from because I am taking something away and adding something. But I told her that the employees there need to be consistent because that never happens to me when I order that sandwich around lunch time. She proceeds to start Yelling at me in front of customers and making sure that she's getting her point across that I'm going to have to pay an extra $3.99. The problem wasn't that I needed to pay extra money it's just the fact that her customer service sucked and she was screaming at me which made me get loud with her in front of other customers. I apologized to the other customers that were there. She still tried to continue to argue with me until I finally told her in my loudest voice that I don't want her making my sandwich and that she better leave me alone. Then when I'm getting rang up the other lady that made my food forgot to ring up my two bags of chips. And then she remembered she forgot after the transaction on my card already went through. 2 huge mess ups and terrible unprofessional employees. Subway you need to do better.. you're just hiring people that have no customer service at all !!!"
"My stepdad has had annoying experiences with ordering from Subway, so I decided to try to help him with ordering, as he's said it's very tedious. I regret this. The first thing they say when I ask for a protein bowl (which I've had trouble ordering from other Subways because the terminology doesn't match up with their training, so I instead said their training terminology, "large salad"): "What kind of bread would you like?" Now, I understand there's probably a 'corporate script' thing here, but I'm assuming that if someone says SALAD, they mean... not a sub, right? I'm also assuming that if someone says a SALAD, they would want lettuce and tomato and all the other stuff that is usually in a salad, right? Unfortunately, not, as I had to be asked each individual time (3 salads, so that's 3 times of repeating what I've said. After this visit, I think I'm permanently done with Subway. Also, good luck ordering from their website. It is perpetually slow and/or broken :)"

"Went online and saw they deliver. Hadn't had subway for a while so we ordered online for delivery. Comedy of errors began. Requested contact less delivery leave at garage due to our dogs. Came to front door while I was at the garage. So we got our order. Both our sandwiches were disgusting. My tuna 12 inch had all the requested toppings that my wife requested for her 12 inch bmt. Her bmt had all the toppings I requested for my tuna. I'm done with subway."
