Chicken Guy!

"This place is no good. Employees are rude, I always here them arguing with each other in the back. I had to ask for the manager because the food was tasteless and barely hot. The chicken is gross as it can be, their macaroni taste like it's just straight noodles. When I did speak to the manager Ben, he was rude and he seemed like he was on something. Their slogan is boss of sauce but never have sauces anymore. Their food is over priced garbage and they need to be run by someone else."

"Ordered the chicken strips but they gave me a chicken sandwich. The chicken isn’t my taste. Not a crispy texture. The texture was rubbery and it was too greasy. The fries were good but needed less salty seasoning. The honey mustard is very good."

"The food is good, not amazing. I agree with many other reviews about it being frozen chicken. The fried pickles were good, but some a bit mushy. The service was GREAT though! No issues there, plus our food came out quickly."

"Really not a fan of the chicken here and though there is a lot of sauce options I didn't really enjoy any of the 4 I had. The fries are pretty good though, maybe a tad overseasoned. The best part about this place is that it has a cool atmosphere (and good shakes) and it's in the heart of downtown in PPG place with a nice seating area. It's also pretty affordable, not cheap but not ridiculous, so overall meh food but the atmosphere and service are phenomenal."

"I had high expectations and was thoroughly disappointed. The service was completely fine and my food was done fast, but that is about the only positive thing I can say about this place. First off, the menu is incredibly hard to read and understand due to how much small text is seemingly everywhere. On to what I got, the food LOOKED great but the taste left much to be desired. The seasoning on the fries was amazing but the fries themselves were overcooked. Another reviewer described them as some being like rocks and others being chewy like gum which I can agree with. The sandwich was okay at best, but the chicken was disappointingly dry. Not only that, but the drink I got (fanta orange) had very little flavor which I know is not normal. For the price I paid (a little over $15), it wasn't worth it. Go to CHiKN in oakland instead."
