KFC 71 Tipple Street, Morgantown, WV 26501

"So we decided to stop in KFC on east side to get some food n instead of ordering individual meals my fiance ordered the 12 pc bucket meal, extra crispy. Except they didn't have enough extra crispy so we basically got extra crispy wings n the rest original. (Which I don't care for original) but it was whatever n got our LiL guy a kids meal for dine-in. When we got the food to the table realized we didn't have plates to use for the chicken n sides, so we had to go up b ask for some. Then realized they also didn't give use utensils or any kind of condiments such as butter or salt or honey... nothing. N wouldn't be so bad if every time we needed something it took sometimes a few mins for the guy to come up to the counter. N I tried to be understanding cus they seemed to have spurts where they were busy so again I didn't make to much of a fuss about it n guy we nice for most part. But not only did we not get the chicken we wanted but the few extra crispy wings we got were SO DRY I COULDN'T STAND TO EAT THEM! THEY WERE DOWN RIGHT NASTY. I WAS DEF ANNOYED AT THIS POINT. PLUS I figured for $40+ for our food that it would be somewhat fresh, nope not the chicken, the centerpiece of the meal. N he couldn't even give us a discount for the chicken that was as dry as deer Jeremy Jerky that had been left out over night n most of following day. The chicken didn't even seem to have any seasonings on it..... nEvrythng was OK other than all the clucking problems ; ) ..."

"Employees are always attentive and nice. Food was extra crispy like we had requested and when we waited a little longer for our food we were offered free drinks."

"I was here tonight in the parking lot, trying to decide what I wanted to eat before I went through the drive through. I was there for less than 10 minutes before the restaurant tried to tow my car with me inside. The woman working for the tow company took a picture of my car before while the manager (?) was standing next to her - no one apologized when they noticed me inside. I was one of maybe five cars in the parking lot at 7:34-8:00 pm on a Saturday. I guess management at that restaurant has nothing better to do?"

"I had to do a large lunch order for work. The food was ready on time, everything was there, and the staff helped me bring drinks out to my car. What a great experience!"

"Not one customer in KFC. We thought no one was working. waited about 5 min. Before someone came out to counter to take our order. Every table was dirty with food. Had to clean a table to sit down. Had This thing called a bisket about the size of a silver dollar and hard as a rock. Could not even open it more less eat it. Then we found a long black hair in our coleslaw. Took it up to counter and told them. the girl took it from me put it in trash and put another one on counter for me to take. And walked away. Not one word was spoken. And there was food on the floor under 3 different tables covered in ants. I will never eat there again."
