"If you want to come to understand West Philadelphia, and west philadelphians, then this is the bar that you need to go to. The bar staff is friendly familiar grizzled and experienced"
"Typical neighborhood bar.. opens early and patrons come early as well. Open late, can get crowded, but mostly older crowd. Small, but has a pool table to play on. Drinks are made well, but don't expect anything fancy. Bartender's have all been there for a while, at times there is a DJ."
"The crowd is older, bartender was very nice. The only problem is that it's very tight in there with smoking permitted. If you don't smoke cigarettes don't go there."
