JAG Burger Beer Bowery

"We came here for the first time yesterday and let me tell you this place is a Hidden Gem! The burgers are NOT skimpy little patties and they are fresh ground meat that is hand-formed. My husband got the billion dollar burger and I got the my kind of burger I think it was called. The meat had a great taste and was nicely seasoned without being too overly seasoned. The bun was perfect and held up nicely to the two patties and toppings without getting soggy . They definitely know what they are doing in the burger Department !   I got onion rings and my husband got French fries. The onion rings were amazing and crunchy and possibly homemade filled with a nice whole onion slice inside . The only thing that could have been better is we were expecting fresh cut french fries but the ones they had were not bad. That is the only thing I would change but it was not enough to take away from the meal because they were still good. Fresh cut french fries would just be the perfect addition to their their perfectly crafted burgers . Our waitress was very pleasant and patient.  The place is a little small but it was cozy and most importantly clean. And for a very fair price we left with full bellies.  I would venture to say this is the best burger place in Fairmont and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good burger.   Not only am I going to be a customer but I will definitely be a regular customer!"

"So me and my wife just moved into the area and we were looking for a good place to sit down and eat just the two of us. She found this place online it look inexpensive so we decided to try it out. It is a bit small atleast the downstairs was not sure what the upstairs looks like. We ordered the spicy balls, the steakhouse special, the chicken sandwich, and I took an order of wings to go. The burger was huge it was a two hander it filled me up easily, but it also was very good the meat was seasoned and the topping were excellent. For all that our bill was under $50. The service was excellent everyone had a good attitude and was willing to explain stuff on the menu. So if you want the best burger in Fairmont stop here you will not regret it we will definitely be coming back."

"Great Burgers. My wife and I had our first experience there and it was great. Been seeing there advertisements on tv and was in the area and gave them a try. Wasn’t sorry we did. I like that they will cook your patties to your liking. And the fries and onion rings were excellent. And great service for sure."

"JAG continued to hit it out of the park. Every offering is delicious and plentiful. This is one of the best tasting steak sandwiches anywhere. Beware though, it packs some lovely heat with hot peppers chopped in. Wings are always large and top notch, plentiful and great sauce, and the loaded fries are a meal unto themselves. My daughter just gets plain burgers with ketchup and pickles, but even that is large and worthy. A no BS, no overcharging for tiny portions and wings establishment."

"Sometimes you should trust the internet. Best burgers for sure! Just looking for lunch as we traveled the interstate home and stumbled onto this place. Perfectly cooked burgers, nice fries and great onion rings. Nice local beer selection and great service!"
