I saw your comment about always elegant, I really got shocked reading this, we always have been in this store for over 30 years, we always treated each time we were there like it’s our first time! The owner he is very gentle, and always helpful to my family. We never have any problems with this store , so if you have any problems you should contact the owner and respectfully address your concerns, and I’m sure they will help you out instead to bad mouth people for no reason."

"Do not walk, run away from this store. The owner is pushy when buying and belligerent if there is a problem. I bought the dress for my son’s wedding. I was having a friend do the alterations so I picked up the dress and when I tried it on to get altered it was too small. I call the store to tell them and the owner refused to listen and continued to tell me he was too busy to care. I have never been treated so disrespectfully as a customer and will tell anyone who will listen to boycott this store."

"I was very disappointed with my experience at Always Elegant Bridal and More.. First, they advertise online a rather large selection of bridal dresses but when we got there the style of dresses they advertised online were not in the store. After we had left a family member of mine forgot something and had to go back inside to grab it. Not knowing that my family member was still in the building, the owners were talking badly about me and my family. Very disappointing because they seemed so nice on the phone."

My sister is very picky and this shop had such a wide array of bridal gowns that were trendy, but they also had classic options as well. The service was incredible and the people working were very helpful in accommodating our needs. After browsing over 100 dresses, we found her a gown that she's happy with.
