"Server dropped hot fries on my son, never replaced or manager over to apologize. Server messed my order and my daughter's order up. We were ready to go by the time my daughter 4 chicken nuggets came out. She didn't get to eat her birthday dinner. Very dark atmosphere and our server took over 10 minutes to greet. This place was great bit has fallen down hill tremendously."

"We didn't wait too long to be seated which is good. But when we were seated, the table was still wet. Service was good; the waiter was courteous. She spoke to the kids (4, 7 and 8) so they "chose" what they wanted, but then she'd look at us to confirm lol. That was nice. Food arrived on time. I enjoyed mine. Wife, however, didn't really enjoy her's as much. Hence my 3 star rating. The atmosphere was generally pleasant. Even with that many people, it was not loud and/or rowdy. The bottom line is that I'll eat at this location again without a second thought."

"We had such a great experience! Our server was great! I kept forgetting her name but she's pregnant and her last day is this Sunday 10/14 for maternity leave...anyway she made our experience great along with the great music and food!"

"So I don’t know why I even agreed to going into an Applebee’s (it was late and the only thing open nearby) and my friends and I ordered a round of drinks and some double fried wings. The drinks were mediocre at best. The wings were disgusting, they were fatty and tasted of old fryer grease. All 3 of us ordered chicken sandwiches (I got pasta with mine) and all 3 of us barely ate a couple bites. The chicken was fatty and gristly and the pasta was like mush! Definitely not a place I’ll be revisiting. On a good note the staff and manager were very friendly and gave good customer service"
