The owner, JG, explained the situation in a very professional and cordial manner and we understood each other's side of the matter. We patched things up and we moved on, but in a truly positive way. What impressed us was the time that the owner devoted in getting out of their way and make reasonable attempts to make things right or satisfactory to their customers. We felt that we were not treated as a number but a true customer behind the number. [Original Review: First ever order from this company because our child's school endorsed it for all their Spirit Wear accessories. Ordered back in July and was delivered to our child's school the week of August 29th. Even though we ordered a YL it still came back as too small. Contacted them to have it rectified but got flatly rejected, as they claim that they only make the merchandise when it is ordered. We're fine with that, had it been that their website is clear enough on what the measurements are for their size classifications. But they did not provide that at the time of our order. Now we wasted money on something that is totally useless and could have used the money for important necessities. Will not do business with this company, even if the school endorses it.]"

"We went to about 5-6 different print and embroidery companies and At campus clothing we met with Julie, very kind , and knowledgeable of product and industry also pricing was reasonable and the quantity ordered was small, and I was with my friend so it was his $$ thought every person I met were pleasant and helpful. was busy but clean and we happen to get the best prices of the day there so we went and purchased T-shirts in high vis yellow w/black print, short and long sleeve, also ordered red/with white print, long and short sleeve"
