"Bought a jacket originally priced at $500+ and wore it less than five times, the pocket start to break. Very bad product quality with cocky customer support in store. I would definitely not recommend you shop here no matter how cute the design is. Even fast fashion or urban outfitters have a better quality and return process."

"This store is great. Always have the best collection and often nice sale that’s better than the Vince online store. The staffs are very nice and helpful. We have come here year after year they definitely get a lot of return customers. I’m not sure why the other people left bad reviews.
