"I absolutely DO NOT recommend using this point of sale system. I made the switch because I liked the pricing better. I regret my decision every single day since I opened my shop! I have fought the urge to throw this system in the road and go back to what I used previously. When I call for support I wait on hold for 20 mins minimum each time. The techs rarely fix my issue without putting me on hold. Which if your a business owner you know you cannot sit on the phone because your busy working. Ordering gift cards is not easy to do. Changing menu items is not easy to do. Even simple things like closing the till is frustrating!! This experience has been hell!!"
