"Typically enjoy my food from here until yesterday when i dined in with my husband. We were just about the only people there. The employees behind the counter were talking when one employee takes the lid off of the rice cooker and says “Ewww This rice is so DISGUSTING. Who made this? This has been sitting out ALL DAY.” My husband had just finished his bowl .. which contained the rice .. and we were seated right by the counter and couldn’t believe how carelessly she was speaking. Probably not something you want to be loudly shouting in front of two paying customers."

"I came here today and I can be the most annoying customer! I’m so use to people being quick and not wanting to engage with me because I’m such a strong personality… not to add I’m also pregnant right now( but you can’t tell I’m 6 weeks, lol). I literally kept changing my mind with my choices. I even asked her to take out the croutons after she put it in. Watching her pick out each crouton! I am amazed we still have some good caring people like this in the world. I’m from NY so they would’ve told me no it’s already in…. I did feel bad but I can’t help my indecisiveness! I had to write this review as a manager myself… I didn’t know the lady Natalia short blonde hair was the manager taking care of me. I was impressed with her patience and attentiveness!!!! She’s so hands on kudos seriously great team leader and I hope her bosses see this! Thank you Natalia I’ll be coming again. Have a Happy New Year!"

"This place is in a great location, one of my favorite places to go because of the service and atmosphere being calming during a business day. The food, like all Chopt, is delicious."

"The harvest bowl is a must have! Food is fresh, clean, and filling. Service is great. I do wish it wasn't so pricey... most salads/bowls will run you upwards of $15 for lunch. But I think all things considered, the prices are comparably reasonable."
