"Tom and his staff are great guys to work with. We have dealt with them ever since buying our very first Boss Hoss trike from them. Always a pleasure to do business with and really know their stuff. They are all extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. They just fixed my 2013 Boss Hoss trike that no one else could fix. They are honest and reasonable. Quality work and great bikes. Thank you Mountain Boss Hoss!"
"I want to take the time to recognize both Tom & Darrian for being absolute life savers for me when I rode 1500 miles from Colorado to Pennsylvania & got stranded at a gas station down the road from them because my motorcycle wouldn't start. I was cold, exhausted, & miserable when I pulled into the gas station and, after filling up, decided to turn my heated gear on for 10 minutes before hitting the road again. Big mistake, because those 10 minutes of comfort cost me big time. There was a Harley Dealership across the street from the Gas Station I was stranded at however they were closed. I dont know what got me to call a Auto Zone to ask if anyone owned or wrenched on their bike, but after Hilton (Manager) heard my story & heard my plea for help, he got me in touch with Tom. Tom called me & found my motorcycle wasn't a motorcycle he worked on & had another call coming in where he advised that the person calling in might be better versed to assist me. A couple minutes later, Tom called back & told me the individual on the other line didn't work on Harleys either & then proceeded to ask questions. Right then, Tom advised that he would be sending someone out to me. Darrian showed up 5 minutes later and within 2 minutes had my bike started! My bike simply needed a jump, and for whatever reason, the jumper pack I had wasn't working. Darrian also took the time to show me how to jump my bike without taking the whole battery out (PITA on the HD Heritage Softtails). The bike was started, but I really needed the bathroom, and when Darrian noticed I was hesitant to leave the bike unattended, he offered to watch the bike while I ran to the restroom. Both Tom and Darrian don't know me but they heard my plea for help, a stranded motorist who just traveled 1500 miles non-stop from Colorado to Pennsylvania with 170 miles more to go. They did not need to help me, but they did. If you are in the market for the type of motorcycles they work on, please consider Mountain Boss Hoss based on the owner & workers being great people. Tom & Darrian were life savers & I can't thank them enough. Thank you Thank you Thank you"
"Bought a car thru boss hoss that was apparently his friends David’s car from personal collection. Was supposedly a great driver. When unloaded and drove since I bought it sight unseen (something we shouldn’t do but I did) the tires squealed going down the road and it was supposedly a “sound driver” I asked for my money back which I was told if not happy he would gladly give my money back he refused. They pained over rust bubbles in the trunk and all sort of stuff was found he wouldn’t disclose before buying were found. Guy was a real salesman though as he pulled me away from all the stuff I was looking at to show me something else. Not like it was a couple hundred dollar beater as I spent 50k on a dream car that was more like a damn project. Guy had nice bikes but definitely wouldn’t buy a classic from here."
"Purchased my first Boss Hoss from Mountain Boss Hoss. From the moment I went to their shop I was treated incredible. Jeremy Spent a few hours with me going over the history of Boss Hoss and explained in detail the components of these amazing machines. Let me take a few test rides and I was hooked. Who wouldn’t want a V8 Motorcycle. At that moment I knew I would only purchase from Mountain Boss Hoss. It’s important to know a company will stand behind their product ( they sure did ). It was the day I was waiting for ( delivery of my New Boss Hoss ) after riding for a few hindered miles the bike needed a few adjustments. Mountain Boss Hoss actually picked up my bike and made the needed adjustments at additional charge. Now that is exactly why I highly recommend purchasing from Mountain Boss Hoss. I am so please with my purchase and will definitely purchase from them again. Finally, I have been so impressed with a Jeremy. He is always willing to answer the few hundred questions I have while I am learning more about my amazing machine. Thank you Mountain"
"If u plan on buying a Boss Hoss there is only one quality dealer in my estimation. Bought 6 so far from Tom over the years. Just top notch difference in quality and design of the bikes he sells. On resale people tag bikes as Mountain Bikes because of the credibility and they bring more money and interest. U usually end up with a custom piece of art when buying from Mountain. Everyone else is trying to copy them and do not have the expertise."
