"I used this place a few years ago when my personal taxes were complicated from my wife opening a business. Everything was great and I recommended them to others looking. This past year I hired them again after selling a rental property and wanting a professional touch and everything was different. Dozens of calls and emails went unreturned over the course of two months. Only after I posted on the town Facebook page asking if anyone else had an issue did I receive a call back. When the taxes were finally done they were filed with the wrong address, and not the one listed on our W-2s. When I contacted them about the error, my calls were once again ignored. I'm guessing because of their expansion into investment advice and doing the taxes for businesses that a 300$ tax job isn't making them rich, but I'd much rather a company tell me they don't want my business than do a terrible job conducting that business."
