"The new owner is completely there to get out of a bad situation and to make a quick buck. I bought a torch on June 2nd for 40$ he never explained to me there was no return policy nor was there any sign that states there’s no return policy. So today when I tried to return it the guy throws this “no return policy” at my face and says no returns you already bought it and I said to him I don’t want it I learned how to use it then I put it away after because I did not need a torch this big. I will never do business with them completely rude and disrespectful of customer service."
