Willowbrook Apartments

"I moved into Willowbrook this past May and so far it has been a great experience, as this is my first apartment. Everyone I have dealt with from office staff to maintenance has been very nice, professional and accommodating. As for the complex, it is always very clean and quite. I would recommend living here at Willowbrook to anyone."

"The worst place I have ever lived, the property manager is very rude and they are very inefficient in terms of maintenance within the apartments when something breaks down. Not recommendable."

"Terrible living conditions. You'd think for 2000/mo I wouldn't move in to my stove not being hooked up, rotting balcony, painted over outlets, a broken ceiling fan, a broken peep hole, and broken closet doors... I've complained about all of this multiple times and yet only two of the problems were fixed. I've been here for a few months and I continuously tell them about the issues but they just don't want to fix anything. Also not enough parking space for all residents."

"Lived here from September 2020 to September 2021. Nothing bad to say about this complex. It was interesting to apply and get in, as it was the start of the pandemic. But the staff were friendly and maintenance when needed (rarely) was prompt and helpful. This place isn't overly glamorous but it's a great location near Garden City with quick access to the highway. We moved out (and to another Picerne property) because we were expecting and needed an additional bedroom, which Willowbrook did not have at the time. Would recommend this place."
