"I personally had an awful experience with this apartment. Pros: amazing neighbors, some great folks live in this apartment complex. Cons: It took roughly 5 months and several requests to get a functioning washer/dryer and when I did the washer did not even have an outlet to connect to, so I had to run an extension cord across my bathroom to turn it on. I had specifically requested the units be replaced several times, especially since the washer had black mold in the liner since I moved in. The dryer would shut off after about 10 minutes every time I tried to use it, but this clearly wasn’t an issue to the management of the facility seeing how again... it took months to replace the units. In addition, the fridge was leaking and when they came to fix it they broke the water filter panel and said “its fixed” it is now leaking again. I lived on the first floor and had a two-bedroom, two-bathroom 1000sqft apartment. My Electric bill was over $250-$300 every single month, which is astronomically high for two people (we did not have an abnormal amount of electronics plugged in and when I had a house the bill was $120 a month with 1900sqft for reference) … neighbors with the same size apartments all had bills of about $150 a month. This of course promoted me to contact RI energy who informed me of the following “We are only responsible for the meter and that it functions, any electric issue in the apartment that might be causing such a large amount of energy to be used IE a faulty system in the apartment. Falls to the landlord to hire an electrician and investigate accordingly, I would recommend RISE energy but landlords do not like using them because if they find an issue they have to fix it” RI energy also informed me that the previous energy usage was about the same for that unit for that past few years… IE there has been a clear problem and it has been ignored, usage 1400- 840kwhz. I relayed this message to the staff and the solution was to flip the breaker and say “its working” mind you I was turning off power in my apartment via the apartment’s breakers for the past 4 months and my electric was still $200-$300 a month. Which one would think that if you cut all the breakers off you unless you are in a room that you are using you shouldn’t be generating power…. But why would they investigate the power isn’t in their name. So, they don’t care. Furthermore, as proof that I am not using heating which I am being told that is consuming the bulk of the energy… my gas bill does not match the output of the electricity. I have since moved out of the apartment which mean no animals are living there at all and I was contacted about having the pay the monthly fee for the pet… that is no longer in the apartment or on premises of that apartment. The staff also know this for a fact because they were very eager to reach out and ask if they could show my apartment. That I am still paying for, I am not understanding how I owe a monthly pet fee when there is not a pet or anyone living in the apartment... but they are more than happy to offer new residence the opportunity to view the apartment while I still pay for it until January (which I was well aware I would have to pay rent for December and January). For the size of the apartment and the yearly increase in rent, as well as nothing being included, I highly recommend that you look elsewhere for better quality and value. My total bills for living here came out to $2400-$2500 due to the electric bill that no one could explain. Policies are not enforced for folks who use the parking lot for days on end as non-residents but if you violate the policy as a resident it will be enforced. In closing I typically never leave reviews positive or negative, but after such a laughable experience with this company I would not recommend living in any of the Brady Sullivan owned apartments. Mostly for the fact that if something breaks or you have an issue it’s likely not to be solved for several months in hopes you just ignore it and move on."
"The Lofts was our home for 7 years. It was a convenient location for work and shopping Beautiful original floors, tall windows, a fireplace and exposed brick!! The office staff and maintenance staff were helpful. We had fabulous neighbors"
"Great staff and maintenance support. The apartments are beautiful with original floors and tall windows (difficult to open but beautiful). Location near the bike path was a huge bonus if you enjoy exercise. Ample parking."
"We sold our house last year and rented with Lofts at Anthony Mills for 14 months until we purchased our new home out of state. The apartment was spacious, clean and we were happy overall. The staff in the office were polite and responsive with questions or when we needed maintenance."
