"I’ve lived at Bainbridge 4 years and have nothing but great things to say about Jessica and Mark! A few years ago Jessica took over and immediately began taking a decent apartment complex to the next level! She had the pool redone, added a full gym in what was otherwise unoccupied space, constantly keeps the tenants up to date on everything going on, oh ya.. did I fail to mention the community room she’s currently putting together with a comfy seating area and pool table! In addition, she and Mark are very quick to address any work orders typically same day! I can’t say enough about how this complex is run now! In fact, if I could buy my unit I would!"

"I was interested in a 1 bedroom and took a look at it while it was having new floors put in. One of my concerns was my credit, its not bad but my utilization is high so my score is low. After going into details about my credit with the manger I felt confident submitting the application a long with the 50.00 fee. I was denied for 3 reasons: Credit/Criminal history/ length of time at my current job. 3 collection accounts (2 from 2014) but 8 accounts current. A misdemeanor from 2009, non violent no drugs or guns. I currently have a federal job with my record. I've been at my current job for 25 months but it was put down 0 months 0 years. I felt my application wasn't really looked at."

"Not sure about previous management but I enjoyed my entire year at this complex and would still be here if not relocating work. The property manager Jessica is phenomenal and very approachable. Always in a great mood. Unlike the few places I’ve lived, there’s no intimidation and her office door is always open to address concerns/questions. I didn’t have many. The maintenance man Mark is amazing and works so timely and efficiently. I moved into a newly updated apartment and it was gorgeous. The community is quiet, calm, and CLEAN. Also enjoyed weekly convos with the cleaning ladies who are sooo sweet. needless to say, if I ever moved back to Johnston I would stop here first."

"Beautiful society.Spacious enough. Bit old building but maintenance services are excellent under the current mangament. Lot of positive changes in last few months.Thanks to Jessica (Manager) and Mark for quick and pleasing responses."

"Highly RECOMMEND to STAY AWAY from this location as it is a nightmare of a place to live. The property management for them is virtually Non-Existent. They have had ZERO Management for the past 6 months and this place has been a serious Hell Hole for anybody with Kids or a Family. Our apartment constantly had LEAKING PIPES, ROTTING WOOD ON PORCH, DIRTY OLD AIR CONDITIONER, DINGY DIRTY SMELLY CARPETS IN THE HALLWAYS, AND VERY VERY LIMITED HOT WATER SO IF YOU LIKE 10 MINUTE SHOWERS YOU'RE OUT OF LUCK!!! For the Price they charge for Rent they seem to be Doing the VERY VERY BARE MINIMUM To keep the place running. They have had Instability with their Property MANAGERS since they've had 3 in the last 6 months SO that goes to show you something..."
