When I 1st entered the sacred doors of The Sacred Center.... I was welcomed with open arms & such a warm, loving embrace by Pastor Shelley!! The atmosphere is so warm & inviting! Pastor Shelley was so patient with me as I am not at all flexible, lol! This has become my new favorite place & will be here weekly....and more than that if my schedule allows it."

I've also participated in the woman's book club which meets every two weeks and is an evening that includes gentle yoga, book discussion and a short closing meditation. A welcoming, spacious, and hospitable gathering area leads you into the large glass chapel with sweeping views of the stunning property. It’s beautiful any time of day. The classes are more affordable than any traditional yoga studio I’ve seen and offers exceptional hospitality, yoga for all abilities, dance, healing opportunities, retreats and discussion groups. Shelley does an amazing job of making the atmosphere, classes, and discussions accommodating to everyone.
