I love that “familiar faces” have now become friends. After almost 10 years taking classes at Barre Coast, it never gets old, just keeps getting better all the time!"

"By far the best! Everyone from the teachers to the other members are amazing! There is no judgement here and everyone really does support everyone! Kristen has built a community of support, encouragement and inclusion!! Would give it 10 stars if I could! When I first started in August of 2022 I was going once a week, now I am in class 5-6 times a week and trying all different classes! It has become a place where I can go whenever I am feeling stressed or need a pick me up or when I want to celebrate something!! I am so thankful to be apart of this community!"

"I don’t even know where to begin talking about how much I love BarreCoast. Joining was one of the very first things I did after moving to Westerly almost 6 years ago and I’ve seen the studio evolve a lot since then, primarily around the variety of classes they offer. I do them all, everything from yoga and barre to boxing, Sweat, TRX and now Lift. That class alone has encouraged me to increase my weights significantly and the difference it’s making in my strength level is notable and was almost immediate. I also love the community aspect, everyone who works there and who attends classes is so genuinely nice and that all starts with the owner Kristen. And the clothes in the boutique! Top of the line. I even find shirts there that are suitable for work events! Last but definitely not least, there’s Bear, the cutest and sweetest head of PR / mascot / occasional guest in Kristen’s barre class wind down that you will ever meet. Give them a try, you will not regret it."

"I joined Barre Coast a few months ago looking to improve my overall health. I got more than I ever thought I would at one place. I love all the classes I have tried so far. I have taken the Sweat, Barre, Cardio Barre, Boxing, Bags and Straps, and yoga classes. I love them all. The instructors are very friendly and welcoming. They always ask if you have any injuries and will also help ensure you are doing the correct form during the workout to prevent injuries and get the best workout. Everyone to attends class is friendly and laid back. The boutique is great too and they have a lot of great finds. I even did some Christmas shopping there. Don't wait as long as I did to check it out. You won't regret it!"

"What an amazing and supportive place to work out! I have had the delight of taking barre from Kristen for the last 5+ years and I can say it is a favorite part of my week. She and her staff are so great at making beginners to experts and everyone in between feel included and comfortable at their studio. The classes are constantly different and challenging and the music distracts you just enough to forget how hard you are working! I always look forward to shopping in the boutique after class as they have so many of my brands that I love to wear. I cannot recommend them enough!"
