"I got the private training for my dog, as we have been having trouble with certain commands. Upon the $225 dollar "consultation" visit, the trainer sat there for 30 minutes asking few questions and no interaction with my dog, got up and left. Each session after is 165$, which is listed nowhere on their site. The packet I received had basic commands and tricks, which can be helpful, but the "report" at the start looked to be written by a middle schooler. I understand people need to make a living, but these prices are ridiculous for no interaction with the dog. Instead of trying to work out better pricing or negotiate with the customer about unsatisfactory service, I was added a charge with a late fee. I'm sure the trainings could be helpful if they were able to schedule weekly, but barely once a month scheduling provides no progress. To those who have the money to throw I'm sure it's a decent service, but be careful about the scheduling."
