"Finding All Day Physique Gym has been the best thing to ever happen to me. This gym, specifically personal trainer Liz Cruso, has absolutely changed my life physically and mentally. If you are looking for a personal trainer she is your girl! She is very knowledgeable and experienced and definitely knows how to keep you accountable! She has taught me so much about nutrition and will put you through some killer workouts. Ever since stepping into this gym just a few months ago, I’ve been closer to my goals than ever and everyone who works and trains at this gym is full of positivity and good vibes. Not to mention the owner Aaron Day is one of the best people you will ever meet. He is extremely kind and I can not say enough good things about him and this gym. I would recommend it to anybody looking to better themselves while being surrounded by amazing people. Extremely grateful for this place."
