About the Business
The Pilates Point Studio is a boutique style gym located in Cumberland, Rhode Island, offering small group fitness classes specializing in Classical Pilates Mat, Barre, Yoga, Cardio Training, and more. With private and semi-private training sessions available on Pilates Equipment, our instructors are trained to modify exercises based on individual needs. All our instructors have a minimum of 400 hours of training, ensuring a high level of expertise.
Founded by owner and instructor Krista Perry in April 2017, The Pilates Point Studio has grown rapidly, expanding its offerings to include Reformer, Tower, Barre, Yoga, Cardio, and Circuit Training. With classes like Zumba and Pound also available, there is something for everyone at our studio.
In June 2018, we moved to our current location at 3415 Mendon Road, Cumberland, RI, and have since celebrated our five year anniversary with our dedicated students, staff, and community. As we look towards the future, we aim to become an Education facility to train teachers in the Pilates Method via the Legacy program created by Lolita San Miguel.

"Such a great place to workout. Have been going there for over a year now and I have taken almost all the classes. They have so many classes at all different times of the day. There is a class for everyone. The instructors are so amazing - I have taken classes with almost all - Krista, Jeff, Cori, Sarah, Kelly, Dashe, Dana They are all superb. Each of them come prepared with a planned class that matches up the music. The latest class I took was a drum class and what a workout that was. I would recommend this studio to everyone. "I attended one of Cori's barre classes with my wife two weeks ago, and I can see why my wife loves Cori's classes and this studio so much. I am a lifelong hockey player and athlete, and I find Cori's workout to be challenging but not intimidating.
