"While under significant emotional stress, I called and left a message requesting an appointment. Dr. Rauh called me back quickly and spent 15-20 minutes talking me down and providing guidance. It?s nice to know honest and compassionate doctors still exist. He truly cares and is very knowledgeable."

"Very rude when he called me back after I left a voicemail looking for a dr for my adult special needs son. His second sentence was a loud "Hold on" when I said let me get my son on the phone since he is the adult. He proceeded to tell me it would be at least $800.
