"The older lady who seems to always be working never has her mask on all the way. She does not pull it up over her nose. Also they do not do a great job requiring them. People just take them off when approaching the counter and nothing is said to them. There is a very real need for management to mystery shop this location because not everyone on staff seems to have gotten the memo on the pandemic. I will not be back to this location for that reason."
"Went in to buy milk and cigarettes came to 15 dollars and change I miss understand the lady gave her 17 dollars turned around and Hurd her grab the 80 cents from the change drop and put it in the draw..I wasn't even out of the door and I turn to say I forgot my change..she is a thief,,could even say sir you forgot your change.. is this what your workers do on a daily basses"
