"Called on Saturday morning to arrange an appointment to have my cat's nails clipped. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude. She didn't give me a chance to even state the purpose of my call. The conversation didn't last more than 60 seconds and ended with her hanging up in my face. Not sure what her problem was but I wouldn't feel comfortable bringing any pet of mine here."
