"Very knowledgeable and caring, Pat knows what she’s doing. A great alternative to boarding at the vet or other kennels where dogs may be present, kitties only here!"

"Pat is an amazing person and kitty caretaker. She had my Sadie for 7 months, and Sadie loved her, and I could see she was well taken of. Pat went above and beyond when I came to pick her up by easing my anxiety of traveling on a plane with my cat. She prepared the cat carrier and provided food to make the journey less stressful for both myself and Sadie!! Long story short, we love Kitty Cottage!!!!"

"A great alternative if you don't feel good about leaving your cat in a big commercial kennel. Exceptionally affordable, and they provide great quality care. My cat isn't always a big fan of some other cats, but she comes back in good spirits each time. If it wasn't a good environment, she'd certainly have let me know."

"This place is amazing. It is cat only, so everything is designed for ultimate cat-comfort, rather than the primarily dog-kennels with cats squeezed in as an afterthought. Unlike most kennels - here the cats have lots of room, for the most part each room has no more that four floor-to-ceiling cages. I left my cat there for six weeks, the owner, Pat, let me bring a cat tree and otherwise furnish the room in which my cat was for the duration of her six-week stay. She even put up with my almost daily phone calls to check on my cat. Pricing is toward the lower end of cat-kennels, the ones that keep cats in bunny-size-cages. So why wouldn’t you board your kitty here. It’s the 5+ star luxury resort equivalent of cat-boarding. Calling it a cat-hotel isn’t a misnomer for once. I've yet to find a better place, or anything that even begins to approach Kitty Cottage Franklin - this place is what one hopes and dreams for when having to board one’s precious-bundle-of-fluff. Pat cares for her kitty-guest as I’d imagine she would her own cats. It was well worth the near 2 hour drive to get there from the other side of the state, and Pat was extremely accommodating not only to my cat, but also to my late drop-off time, and aforementioned obsessive daily phone calls from half-way across the world on a bad connection. My cat was actually happy - once she got over the fact that I was leaving her with a stranger rather than taking her with me, and she was fairly happy even while she was realizing that - she was enjoying throwing her guilt-inducing-hissy-fit-at-me far, far too much ^_^* At the same time, Pat did everything in her power to make me feel safe, secure, as-happy-as-is-possible given I never, ever leave my cat for more than the duration of a work day (that was the only trip I couldn’t coordinate her travel with me in time - my flight already was maxed out on in-cabin cats, and I couldn’t change my itinerary)."
